CHICAGO!
It appears that projections are popping up all over the Chicago Loop Buildings. They have been seen in many locations including Hamilton, Chicago City Hall and the Civic Opera House.
These projections appear to be “Random Acts of Patriotism” encouraging people to VOTE.
THE CHALLENGE
Young voters hold the most power as the largest block in our country but have traditionally had the lowest participation in elections.
In 2016, fewer than 50% of eligible millennials (18-35 year old) voted compared to more than 70% of the eligible voters 70 plus years old

We can turn this around and have all our voices be heard.
- Make Noise Now through local artists outreach can inspire a generation to connect and inspire voter turnout over issues they have in common and care most about.
- Artists that come from the same communities as their fans can meet them where they are at concerts and online to register, get educated and vote.
Will work with artists to develop toolkits that reflect their voice and issues
ARTIST TOOLKIT
The personalized artist toolkit can include:
Explanation
A clear explanation about why the artist will be voting on election day.
Content
Sample social media content that shows the influencer connecting local issues their fans care about with the importance of voting.
Registration
A voter registration widget can be installed on the artist’s website to encourage fans to vote.
Geo-targeting
The opportunity to geo-target free content if fans are within 50 feet of a polling place on election day.
